Live Healthier : Part 1

HEALTHY TIPPLE:

Are you trying to lead a healthy lifestype, coping wth the daily pressures of working and study life? If yes, then you need to make time to exercise!! Yes.. i can hear all the excuses there : Lazy.. i am busy.. no time for exercise... i don't have to exercise because i am already skinny... i hate exercise .. wah! go exercise? Gym very expensive these days.. bla bla bla... Well, lets get things straight. Ask yourself in the first place. Do you want to have a better body figure? If yes.THEN MOVE YOUR ASS!!! BRING THE OM BACK TO YOUR LIFE!!!!

First of all, i would like to introduce Yoga. Yoga not only tone up your muscles, it also makes you stronger and flexible, Many of the poses of yoga help to develop core strength especially you core muscles. With a stronger core, you can stand straight and taller. I know many people are having this problem due to their 'sitting in front of computer' lifestyle .... Trust me, join a yoga class or download any yoga clip from Internet, practise it for at least 2 weeks, you will not only get a shapelier body, you will also gain a Peace of mind and improve concentration. Hope this will help some of my friends who are complaining about their back and shoulder pain problem.

Yoga too expensive??

My answer : Save up!!! Cut down chocolate, teh tarik, nasi lemak, alcohol, clothes and jewelleries... make good use of your money. If you want to lose weight? Then you have to discipline yourself.... as the saying goes: there is not free lunch in this world....

Your Real Age!!!

Your real age is determined by the lifestyle you lead. This is what i always believe. Keeping your body healthy and servicing you as functionally at 30 as it is did at 15 can be done by taking simple steps : Sleep through the night and curbing alcohol to a moderate level. I used to drink 2 glasses of red or white wine every night after dinner. Now, I only drink occasionally (Once in 2 weeks or even a month). It is hard not to think of alcohol when i started to reduce my alcohol consumption in the beginning. But as soon as i realised that, my skin is getting clearer and i manage to lose a few pounds in only a week, i feel that all my efforts are worth it!!!

According to researchers at Queensland University of Technology ( Health Science department), aerobic exercise ups blood supply, nutrients and oxygen for a sharper brain. Waking up early in the morning and try your best to get into the gym can be painful, but once you get into gear, you will find it fun and addictive!! BUT, it is not uncommon for many people to burn out once they have achieved their goal. To prevent this, you need to change your exercise routine. For example, if you have been practicing yoga as part of your workout, try cycling or swimming.

Well... that's all I want to share for today!! Hope you all enjoy your exercise~~~
